In your opinion, do you think independent media is more prominent and has a clearer pathway than it had say...10 years ago? I ask this out of genuine curiosity as I don't work in media and am just a consumer of it.

My baby was in the NICU for eight days. He had hypoglycemia despite me not having diabetes. This meant he could be held and taken out of the incubator. The JOY on the staff's faces at being able to interact with a patient was so bittersweet. They were so happy to hold one. Those staff are heroes.
