Hitting a passenger plane with a SAM, denying the hardly maneuverable plane an emergency landing, sending it instead across the Caspian Sea and jamming the GPS signals along its flight path, hoping it will crash and all passengers and crew die: the depravity of Russia's actions remains breathtaking.
