I have been saying this and asked my local state senators about this from the beginning. States need to step up. Blue states have all the economic leverage and more than enough resources to do this. I myself would join in a heartbeat.

So was attacking Venezuela one of those distractions the military let fly? They need to honor their oaths to defend the constitution and REFUSE ILLEGAL ORDERS.

They Republicans need to take out their fucking trash...NOW. I would also be OK with the military keeping their oath to defend the US from enemies, both foreign and DOMESTIC.

States are sovereign entities. With an out of control and rogue federal government, we need to be using every avenue available.
Couldn't they: do their own investigation, prosecute the case, call in the guard, use state and local police to arrest ICE who break the law, take the feds to court...?

Blue states should cut off taxes to the Federal government. Starve the beast. I know it's a difficult problem to solve, but Blue states have the economic leverage.
