Always my fav bc it’s my birthday. Despite Crohn's, I make it a point to have fun while knowing IBD doesn't have to slow me. I'll eat cake & ice cream, but I'll do it in moderation to not set me off! Thanks for the love @pcathletics.bsky.social

Day 6 of IBD, Colitis & Crohns Week #IBDAwarenessWeek!

Day 5 of IBD, Colitis & Crohns Awareness Week #IBDAwarenessWeek!
The biologic I use every 2 months to help manage my Crohn's is Stelara. Humira failed me, now my symptoms died down - thank goodness! Management allowed me to play pro basketball for 20 years!
