I had an MRI yesterday where the tech couldn’t even remember the word for vaccine, and was completely perplexed as to why I was wearing a mask. Meanwhile, the person who checked me in was hacking up a lung and couldn’t remember the word for clipboard in neither English nor Spanish. Backwards indeed.

I always brought “the note” to the gas station up the street. “Please allow my daughter to buy me cigarettes. Player Menthols” Signed by my Dad. Never had a problem.
