OK, I agree with you. I'm just confused about why you're saying that in the context of the Third Amendment. There's nothing in that amendment that has anything to do with felons.

While I'm absolutely anti-ICE, the Third Amendment only bans that "without the consent of the owner." If they paid for the rooms (or got them for free with the hotel's consent), that's not a violation.

Salient example: A platform where using the word "cisgender" flags a tweet as violating standards, but openly restores accounts of neo-Nazis and far-right agitators, is not "championing free speech." It is creating a space in which a specific type of regressive speech is disproportionately favored.

No problems accessing Bluesky, but Reddit is going down again it seems. I keep getting the red-bar errors, and multiple people on social media are reporting problems accessing it.
