After the quilt show in Truth or Consequences on Saturday, we visited the Elephant Butte Lake State Park. We also thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Big Foot restaurant.

I like clouds.

Like clockwork, before every sunset, quail scurry through our yard, making wonderful noises. They are far better runners than fliers and chase each other all around. They are good entertainment while I'm using my handbike. I am sure they also do this at dawn, but I am not a morning person.

The sky and moon were beautiful this evening.

We woke up to a little bit of snow this morning. You couldn't see M Mountain at all until just a few minutes ago. I'm happy that my MVD(DMV) appointment was cancelled so I don't have to drive on the slick spots. (and be out in the cold)

Morning backyard entertainment.

Unexpected afternoon entertainment. We were making luminaries at friends' houses and one of their neighbors decided to do some flying over the golf course.

Finally, all the crated paintings are on the walls! Next we can put up the smaller ones. It's hard to believe I painted this one 32 years ago.
