Artist, writer, bad comedian, hack hiding behind a veneer of class. Makes things for fandoms.
I guess certain visuals were streamlined and/or colors heightened for an overall quality improvement on varying sized screens. Watching HB on a larger TV last week via my PS5 illuminated just how much Youtube CRUNCHES the art, especially in S1. We've lost some details, but gained others.

I got a lot of comments “also Karlach can throw Astarion up.” But we don’t do that in our party-family.

Rushed to the comments just to say this only to see you're still wonderfully sensible, Roo. Real tattoos are art. As an artist who used to grind way too hard at cons (while also doing a lot of performing), I'm disappointed by a lot of the stuff I ground out, sleep-deprived during my late 20s >.>

"Why did you kick down the door!?"
"It was in the way."
"It was open! And UNLOCKED!"
"And made of oak."
"...What?"
"An open oak door? Sorry, I only believe in mahogany."

Take care of you first! But, this is why I could never be a youtube/social content creator. I already neglect my basic needs (re: food and sleep) in pursuit of creative things for fun (mostly to silence the Mind Goblins). I don't want to imagine what I'd do if it was for profit. >.>

Living next to a wilderness preserve that comes right up to my house means I startle one every time I open the back door. Maybe they wouldn't get big spooped so often if they stopped sneaking up to nibble my neighbor's potted plants.

I've always been drawn to the idea that, even when Heavenly redemption is possible, the Hotel's real purpose is to help the Damned make their little slice of Hell a better, safer place for those they care about, expanding their territorial footprint as they add (and graduate) residents thruout Hell.

For some reason, I'm imagining a baker. Or a chef. Perhaps a short order cook. 8 pots and sauces simmering on an imperial-sized stovetop, and so many tiny mouths to test the deliciousness.
"Number Twelve UP! SKREEEEEEEEEEE!"
"Donny, you don't have to be so loud."
"Sorry. The curry makes me spicy."

YES! #TheDayTheEarthBlewUp was one of my favorite cinema experiences of the last 5 years. Beautifully animated, funny, clever. Tex Avery would be proud to see his comedy gremlins onscreen (with a dash of The Thing!) For 90m alone in a theater, I forgot everything happening and had fun. Thanks guys!
