It is sublime, so confidently paced. Who knew the election of a pope could be such a thriller. As a recovering Catholic I was surprised to take away a message of hope at the end.

I wonder if this observation in of itself is a reflection of the bias that the Right accuses the media of having. The morbid curiosity of the other side, the inability at a fundamental level to understand why anyone, let alone almost half the country, is excited to vote for him.

I’ve been loving the remake of Paper Mario Thousand Year Door. Something I’ve been picking up here and there throughout the summer and fall. Casual and hilariously written.
