Also known as Ribert (SCA and fandom), The Ineffable Maaancat (and, yes, the extra a's are maaandatory), and just an all-round decent guy.
Sympathies to you and yours. They always seem to find that special place in our hearts. Remember all the good times she had with you over the years. I've had to deal with our cats moving on and it is tough.

When I heard limestone as an exterior paving material, I blinked incredulously and wondered what was he thinking of? Being relatively softer than most paving materials, it's likely to get damaged by all those women reporters wearing high heels to his events. See JFK airport floors for an example.

Don't forget deflecting a PHA (Potentially Hazardous Asteroid) by the force of his will and disdain for Taylor Swift.

Ah, those memories. Our university also had an IBM 360 for general computing with the physics and engineering departments running VAX and some of the early HP systems

First personal computer was a Sinclair ZX-81. First computer used was an IBM Model 3 in high school along with the sorters, compilers and other equipment originally designed for the 80-column cards.

My condolences. The little beasties work their way into our lives and leave such a void when they go. We've had several have a good long run with us and we remember each one. Please take care of yourself and remember that they had a good life with you.

They once airdropped beavers into Idaho and Montana to help with the wetlands. Maybe someone could airdrop Colorado bunnies into Mar-A-Lago to help with the water hazards?

Follow-up - Often, though, it's cool, cloudy and damp. One year while I waited to get in, I overheard someone complaining about just these conditions. I said that it's supposed to be England in autumn. How much more realistic does he want it to be? And then the mime buffed me with her liripipe.

I admit to having quite a bit of Schadenfreude upon reading about him. Looks like he's found out what many of 47's victims, er, followers are finding out.

Not a dumbass as she joined the program for a very good and practical reason - needed the health insurance to complete her transition. Sounds quite intelligent to me. I do like what happens to her mecha.

During 45's Administration, I'd said it wouldn't be the opposition that'd get him - it'd be all his pitchfork-carrying supporters once they'd realized he'd taken them (and their money) for chumps. Shame it took so long.

By his reasoning, Veterans' and Memorial Days should be eliminated since they honor losers.

Can Israel keep them? I know it's an awful imposition on the country but it would minimally increase the humanness of the media.
