Our first potato harvest from the backyard! It's not much, but it feels good to have grown a thing on our own ya know? Wish more red taters made it. I'll have to do more research on them and see if maybe they need planting at a different time of year or with different soil

Christine and I had our anniversary trip this past weekend, my parents came to visit and got to meet the new cats and hang out with us, we did a trivia night on Wednesday, today is chores, tomorrow is the Portsmouth Maritime Folk Music Festival, and the AtLA orchestra concert!

Cats are still getting used to the house and how sporadically noisy things can be with two teens as well as some people driving their loud ass cars too fast down the road can be, but they're exploring and being silly and I am happy to have these two lil sweeties in the house with us

Made a Korean pork belly dish for dinner tonight. It is good and savory and spicy and a little sweet and real good overall. Had some cucumber salad with it to cut the richness. Very happy with how it came out
