Anxiety about driving to Rochester tomorrow. Double checked everything, snow here but not anywhere out there. Just wish the anxiety would lay off. I haven't driven outside of the area in 4 years, before the TBI.
I'll take some Ativan before we hit the road in the morning to smooth the sharp edges.

Bed. Been awake for like 36 hours and I did a bunch today and ate a lot of protein.
Tomorrow, just riot act for 5 hours. Time for this girl to drop.
Drove a bit, took care of the rent, ate loads of protein, had human interaction. All gold stars. May I sleep like the dead.
