If this doesn't terrify you that they can just send anyone they don't like to a random prison in another country with no legal recourse and just say "oops, our mistake, but nothing we can do about it" you live in a delusion.
Watching Cory Booker speak and colleagues "ask questions" and the breadth of topics getting discussed as a result are just making me more convinced that a daily alt press conference by the Democrats is a good tactic they need to take to reach more people.

The 2 Republican appointed judges did not rule based on the case being a clear violation of law BUT because they think the government will prove that the law itself is unconstitutional. They are confident the supreme court will rule that the president should have fewer checks from Congress.
