Yeah, that's what mine were starting to do. I might try to get them done again some day but only if there was a near zero chance of rejecting the piercing. It's amazing what can be done now with plastic surgery so it seems pretty likely you would be able to achieve the results you are looking for.

I have bumps on both sides of each nipple from nipple rings that never healed. I loved having them pierced but it was really frustrating that they never healed up.

They say this is a thing, get people all worked up by telling them it's a thing, and super easy to do. Then one of them will go out and try it and get caught then call it a rigged trial. I can't wait to hear about that.
