Did I just witness the president and vice president pull their a Time a Share salesman stunt?
My accomplishments this week:
1) woke up
2)made my bed
3)worked non-stop with a smile on my face while being yelled at. Washed my hands 80 times between patients. Avoided overtime by working through lunch break. Did the work of 2 people.
4)iced my back.
5) paid my taxes
