Teriyaki Bowl is my go-to as well. The chicken teriyaki is really good, and if you're ever in the mood for tofu teriyaki, theirs is the best I've had.

Don't let the preservation of mature evergreens and land cleared for pending development fool you. Mountlake Terrace is the densest city in Washington after Seattle, and that empty expanse next to the light rail will be another 425 housing units along with ground floor retail.
