As an apology for being unable to stream tonight due to the wrath of the gods. Here is the cocktail I wasted the time away with tonight.
The “americano” at least, that’s what I know it as. Campari, sweet vermouth, and soda. I drink it when I want negroni but not high ABV.

Speaking of fun, tonight’s cocktail is a raunchy one, the “Sex On the Beach”. Peach schnapps, vodka, orange juice, and cranberry juice. Always good, especially on a hot day. No garnish though, next time maybe.

First I ate half of it, then I made a cocktail from it. Some rum, coconut milk, mint, syrup, and tasty slices of watermelon. Mulled and shaken into a rather refreshing and dessert-like cocktail.

I decided to go back to a cocktail I have made before
The New York Sour is a whisky sour with a red wine float. This gives it a distinct look and taste, that can change depending on the wine. It was first mentioned in the 1880s, and may have originated in Chicago.

So tonight creative cocktail is a tequila sour with a sake float. It is a bit hard to see the float so it isn’t too visually striking.
It tastes… interesting, maybe some nicer tequila and a garnish next time.

This is just an old fashioned with aged shochu instead of whisky. It makes for an equally nice and smooth, albeit less boozy version of the drink.
Its probably been done before, I wonder what’s a good name for it?

I have been returning to my hobby of cocktail making now I have a bar in my place. Let me show you two drinks I made
First is a Campari sour which uses orgeat and Islay scotch to add a bit of depth
Second is a simple Gin Fizz with an egg white
