I had one blog called Words To Sell referencing an Interpol lyric (which had a quote from Apartment Story in the header). And I also had a Tumblr called And Your Bird Can Sing. Brings me back to a simpler time!

Annie’s solo set was incredible. But I remember being annoyed at all the rude folks who clearly didn’t know who she was and wouldn’t shut up while she played. Then she joined the National for a stunning version of “Green Gloves” and won over new fans who should have just listened to her opening set.

I figured mentioning BLH is like sending out the Kyle bat signal! 🤣 You’re going to Newport this year? So jealous. I’ve always wanted to make the trek out there to take in the sights and sounds.
