It is a cesspit. So much worse than even a year ago. I don’t miss it either.

Growing up with GameCube and DS, I never actually beat games. I’d get halfway through Wind Waker or Mario Sunshine, get stuck, then restart months later. I never finished them, but honestly? I loved every second of that cycle for some reason. Got really familiar with the first half of so many games.

Everybody’s Golf PS4 is the best golf game of all time and I hope to someday see a true follow up by Clap Hanz. Whether that be an entry in the franchise or not (likely not).

Nintendo Switch 2 will have the best graphics in this series for the first two years and will have the best features and graphics for a long while before they become the same as Nintendo DS.

Don’t know if having a Windows machine is an absolute must for you or not, but the new Mac Mini‘s that start at $599 are absolutely the best deal in desktop computing right now and it’s not particularly close.

I would say yes if you really like the genre and you’re confident you’d like the game. Maybe worth ~$40 if you’re less sure.

It’s like the perfect 7/10 collection. The character writing is well done and the soundtrack is good as well. Both games a very easy, but nice to breeze through. It’s very budget looking however, but that kind of adds to its charm, in a way.

I played Tinykin recently on Steam Deck and it was great! Imagine a 3D platformer with Pikmin elements

The ones we love who pass on live forever in our hearts. It’s never truly over and they’re never truly gone as long as we think of them. It’s a beautiful memorial.

Yakuza Zero (which uses the same engine and many of the same assets as Kiwami) is 30fps on the PS3 version. I speculate that means the Switch version of Kiwami will be 30fps. Hopefully it’s steady and locked if that’s the case.

The power imbalance of the player and the villagers of the latest games is such a disappointment. Especially New Horizons which jumps the shark completely.
