Wish tablets would make it down to company/troop commanders or even PLs for that purpose. With good optimization it would greatly improve our ability to make digital graphics and better battery life than a phone. Using the phone while moving around gets very annoying

Android and Windows Team Awareness Kit. A lot of improvements since I was in the 82nd, but still limited by how quickly the apps kill the phone. Hard to keep charging it even with external batteries when you're out and about at the FLOT.
