This photo was taken in Deadvlei, is Sossusvlei. The combination of the trees, the different colours of sand and stones, with the early sun, make for an interesting effect.

At the bottom, we have a thing band of yellow-gray sand. This transitions into a red dune, which is more orange at the bottom and towards brown at the top of the image. Set against it, some dried out trees.

This photo is taken near Korlingen, in spring. I specifically like the lines. Both the "macro" lines in terms of the fences, as well as the lines in the grass.

This photo was taken at sunset. When I took this photo, the sun had already disappeared behind the horizon. However, it was still lighting up the clouds in the sky, adding warm colours.

From the bottom to the top, four bands. First, a small band showing the sea, in which the light of the sky is reflected. In the water, there is a small boat visible, with three people on board. Then, we have a dark band of hills Actually, three layers of hills. Then there is a band with a dark grey (with some blue and orange tones). On top, we have the remains of a blue sky, which is now dominated by the orange of the setting sun, and in the sky a nice cloud that is "backlit" by the orange of the sun.

A small, but fast flowing, waterfall. The water is a bit greenish due to the debris. The waterfall is set in a green area, and flows under an old stone bridge.

The front is in the shade, but the village, with a church, in the background is lit up in the evening sun.
