Southwestern Chipotle fried tofu potatoes and green onion. Added cheese and crunchy onion rings Not pictured. Cost was about 5 bucks for two large servings. Really tasty.

New Apple tree planted. Square holes help tree roots grow into the soil instead of a round one that just keeps forming a root ball. Mycelium for the roots. Hope to see apples next year. My old Jonared died.
