Het probleem is dat de overheid dit kan negeren en dan voor straf zichzelf een boete kan geven die niks meer is dan een verschuiving van belastinggeld.
Pas als we Schoof, Veldkamp c.s. hoofdelijk aansprakelijk stellen omdat ze te laf zijn om te regeren, zal er iets veranderen.
