I mean sure, it's clear... but you might as well name your chicken “Generic Prescription 725MG.”

Make it clear. Make it catchy. Make it stick.

Or, you know…
Get yourself a chicken and call it Lipitor. That works too. 🐓

Your business name. Your offer name. Even the way you talk about what you do…
→ If people can’t remember it, they won’t buy it.

So if your service is still called “Holistic Wellness Alignment for Soulful Entrepreneurs”… 👇

Pharmaceutical companies spend billions making sure their drug names are impossible to forget. They’re short, punchy, and catchy as hell.

You may not know what Skyrizi does, but you damn sure remember those stupid commercials.

And here’s the thing... branding works the same way 👇

BONUS: ChatGPT might not get it exactly right the first time. As you use it more with these new configurations, don't forget to go back in and make small adjustments. Every little tweak will get you closer to sounding more like you and less like everyone else.

And just like that, ChatGPT isn't spitting out generic fluff.

You’re one step closer to using AI without losing your voice or worrying your content sounds off. And since, ChatGPT now knows how you like it, you can write faster, stay consistent, and actually enjoy using AI instead of fighting it. 💪

Once you've given it feedback and have it your style guide fine tuned, you'll open up 'Customize ChatGPT' in settings and add your new guide under the 'What traits should ChatGPT have?' section.

Make sure to use a heading like ##Writing Style so ChatGPT understands. (double ## intentional)

Got words you absolutely hate or emojis you use all the time? Add those in too!

You can tell ChatGPT "I hate the words 'elevate' and 'unleashed' so never use those. And I like using heart emojis but avoid fire or anything aggressive."

It's your voice and your vibe, so get specific! 🔥

Then you literally just copy + paste your writing samples, or attach them as documents. And then run the prompt.
February 11, 2025 at 5:30 PM
If you want to get real fancy, add this to the prompt *before* 'base your analysis...'

"Rate the following characteristics on a 1-10 scale: Professional vs. Casual, Serious vs. Playful, Minimalist vs. Descriptive, Literal vs. Snarky/Witty, and Structured vs. Free-flowing."
February 11, 2025 at 5:30 PM
Start with this prompt:

"Describe the writer's voice using an X:Y format (e.g., 'Vocabulary: concise and punchy'). Analyze their style, tone, vocabulary, grammar, rhetorical devices, content patterns, and values—thoroughly, but without specific examples. Base your analysis on the text below:"

Gather some samples of your writing that you're super proud of. These can be emails, blog posts, social media that you loved and got a ton of engagement. If you're not a writer, you can even take transcripts from videos. Just make sure you've got a good variety of work that sounds like YOU.

If you've got the paid version of ChatGPT:

🤖 You can disable data retention
🤖 Your info isn’t used for training
💙 And it doesn’t flinch when you ask who won the 2020 election

No AI tool is perfect, but if your tools don’t protect your business, what are they even doing?
