We had to brainstorm quickly and come up with inventive and creative ways to work around it.
To this day... I have fond memories of working with everyone on "Lilo & Stitch". It was and still is one of my all time favorite movie making experiences.

Heck... we even had to change various things in ACT 3 quickly as I remember when 9/11 happened and the Execs out in L.A. called us and said "Yeah... you need to lose some of the stuff you currently have as it won't play well to a post 9/11 audience".

From 1999-2002... we (the film makers) were working against various odds on this "little film we believed in" out at the Walt Disney Florida Animation Studio. One where some of the top brass in CA at the time were "skeptical" and "unsure of" what we were making.

LOL As a Trans Woman… I literally have done and still do just about everything on that list. But I will point out - many Cis Men I know do those things as well… so this seems like an incredibly sexist argument IMO
