At least twice I have seen Trump make a comment on how both Putin and himself have suffered of what he calls "the Russia hoax".

AI will never be intelligent. I have been working with computers all my life. Nothing has happened in the core design, except that they are much, much faster.
And programming is about the same. AI depends on math, to deliver the most likely result.

Why on earth is France building an aircraft carrier? France isn't a world power nation. And to help the US with its coming war against China is a bad idea. Better put the money in submarines and other stuff.

That was extremly generous. Sweden with a population of 11 million people are only donating $4 billions a year for 2026 and 2027 in military aid. Add to this donations for civil use ($1 billion) and donations via the EU.
