Hershey's is the right thickness (or rather, thinness) for a s'more. And anyway, in a s'more the marshmallow dominates, and the chocolate is just there for flavoring, so it doesn't matter as much how good the chocolate is.

The FDA requires at least 10% cacao to legally be called "chocolate", and Hershey's Milk Chocolate has 10% cacao. A "good" milk chocolate will have at least 30% cacao.
