Doesn’t this reflect the role Mexico plays in subcomponent manufacturing?
When I was at Dell in the 2017-2020 timeframe we worked hard to build server subcomponents in Mexico using individual parts still manufactured in China to adhere to tariff and taxation restrictions at the time.
