I’ve been using Lightroom successfully for a few years with Fuji files (XT-1, X-H1, X-H2). I can’t say I’ve had to modify the workflow I used to use for Canon files, and the results are pretty good. If you want to try Capture one there is a free version available for Fuji files (Capture One Express)
