Me returning to a home I no longer recognize now that the console wars are finally over.

Sometimes I feel like I can’t even imagine a dumber mother fucker than Donald Trump, but then I go to work everyday and am faced with a sad reality.

Every Sunday I stay up, well past the reasonable hour, dread of the new workweek forcing me to sleeplessness. A reset of the 40 hours of monotonous repetition begins anew, set against an atmosphere of unwelcoming. Management misleading, work unfulfilling, and mind melancholy. Every Sunday I weep.

Going up to my enemies and saying “ya know it takes a big man to admit they were wrong,” and then just standing there staring at them.

Everything in my life just keeps getting worse.

MGSV special edition bonus disc has been sitting on my shelf for nearly 10 years because it says it contains spoilers. Finally beat the game and was able to play the disc and all of a sudden I have a rush of sadness that we’ll never get another Hideo MGS and my journey in the series is over.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is still MY game of the year because there’s just so much game in it. I have over 200 hours and still haven’t 100% it and still think about how much I want to keep playing it.

Got my first write-up at my current job for asking my manager if he was ever going to do his job. Apparently the answer was yes, but only the part where I write people up.
