Now that The Bear S2 is out, I can finally tell you: when my friend Adam and I went to Copenhagen, we had a chance to eat at Noma. I got up to use the restroom, and who do I see in the kitchen? Lionel Boyce! Marcus! The Bear people were there staging/scouting.
Also we ate the Will Poulter dessert.
