Sherlock Holmes—if Holmes were a cynical dark elf with a gambling addiction, Watson was a grieving human bent on revenge, and Moriarty was a beautiful elven noblewoman who already framed them both. The murder is personal. The poker game is rigged. And the truth hides in the odds.

Well here was a pleasant surprise at the library. Didn’t even know it was out yet. I’ll be seeing Eliot tomorrow, so let’s see how much I can get through before then. #amreading

Saw this at The New Children’s Museum in San Diego the other day. My first thought was “but I don’t know how to draw Ryan Gosling.”

Working through some edits and was recommended this book. Cashier at Barnes and Nobles was like, OMG that book is amazing. Then I finished checking out and and he repeated himself. Twice. Looks like I’ve got a good read ahead of me.

My friend and I saw #Wicked on stage a couple of years ago and I remember really liking Glinda and Fiyero. Just walked out of the theater and I liked everyone. The choreography was amazing and the Elphaba and Glinda played off each other spectacularly. Now I have to wait a year for part 2. Sigh.

One of my favorite people and an amazing writer. Mubanga’s stories have always blown me away and I can’t wait to read this.

My first memory of storytelling is making a spy adventure with a very dashing and mysterious Minifig. Who could fly. And ride standing on his motorcycle. Excited to come here with my kid who is now the same age I was.
