I don’t think it should matter too much, but I do use Golden Artist Colors for my acrylic paints. Liquitex is also good.

If it still is primer in the affected area, then titanium white acrylic paint will work. If not, Rustoleum white spray primer should touch it up well! Just spray a bit in a paper cup then touch it up with a small brush.
