I feel the same way! I left the corporate world earlier this year and found my nervous system had to recalibrate. I’ve been enjoying these little moments of everyday life like never before 😭

I also think using the term “cheat meal” to describe a high calorie meal doesn’t even make sense… you are not cheating… you literally need food to survive, and you have clearly planned for this meal as part of your intake, so why use these harsh words???
