Regardless of what happens tomorrow, we should focus on repealing the Permanent Apportionment Act of 1929 (history.house.gov/Historical-H...). It's the closest thing we have to a magic bullet to fix the House and the Electoral College.

If the Supreme Court is going to take on all this responsibility, maybe there should be more judges. One per circuit seems good.
