A former Peekskill Police officer who resigned in February after “satisfying” a “sexual addiction” has filed an Article 78 petition in state supreme court claiming that the City of Peekskill Police department violated the terms of a settlement agreement that led to his departure from the force.

Peekskill residents will go to the polls on May 20 to vote on the Peekskill City School District’s proposed 2025-26 budget of $131,740,528.

The proposed budget is about 7 percent higher than last year’s budget of $123 million.
