Regardless of that, it seems better designed than Twitter for trying to follow people I like without wading through unwanted flotsam, at least for the moment.

I know someone in Birmingham who lived her first 28 years in Washtenaw County ... so there's at least one person there who will know how to drive in it, even if she thought she'd never again need to. :-)
