This was a fantastic episode, although I do worry it makes next weeks look a little underwhelming? At this point what could possibly happen other than Rachel winning? We're just waiting to watch her get her crown at this point. A lot of the intrigue has been lost because they front loaded it here.

Now, due to the fact that there have been no idol plays in the merge portion of the game and Andy knows Genevieve's idol is fake, he should realistically be more skeptical than he is that there could be an idol in play from Rachel here... but it's still hard to blame him for his "arrogance" here.

In this episode, he decides to place this on Rachel instead and while I understand the criticism of being WAY to forward and open with his game, there is no way he would know that she has an idol. If his plan worked and she went home, there's SUCH a strong case he wins this whole damn thing.

If he waits until the final 3 and then unloads his master plan all at once, it's incredibly hard for the jury to believe him in that moment. I've been saying for weeks, if Andy wants to win, he needs someone like Sam on the jury to essentially validate his game for him.
