The bill only applies to "intimate moments" and an unconsenting identifiable individual. I think Trump is talking out his ass, you can't really censor with this bill. The language is too specific.

I'm very lib myself. I read the bill and I understand support for it. It only applies to pornographic images and requires an aggrieved party that is an involuntary participant. It outlaws revenge porn and is incredibly narrow. What am I missing?

The DNC itself needs some restructuring. We won't get someone who represents its voters until we get rid of Superdelegates, eliminate backroom deals, and cut the corporate donors out. To be the party of the people, it must listen to them.
