I can’t say this enough. If you are depressed and on the verge of giving up. Start working out and eating healthy. You be surprised how much better you will feel. When you better yourself. It won’t happen over night. Do it for 6 months. Really go after it. It will change your life.

Using dating apps is absolutely pointless. They are filled with scammers and bots. You have to pay for every little thing. They feed off of desperation. If you are single. You probably have a better chance of someone falling out of the sky and landing in your bed.

My second day of bluesky and I noticed peoples strong admiration for the political class. We do know that all politicians are lying, cheating sociopaths, right? If you want to make the world a better place. Do not put faith in paid off shills to fix the world. Start with you. Have a great day.
