I like science, martials arts, lifting weights and politics. Bernie supporter since 2005. Decades long DFLer.
That reminds me of a real life critical miss I had tossing a candy wrapper in the trash while leaving the hospital and walking out of a parking ramp after work one night years ago.

The wind picked up and blew the wrapper around the rim is the trashcan and back into my face.

Extremely funny moment.

That's fine, can't everyone involved in a crime be prosecuted under a few laws?

Government payroll and deployment records.

This is the negotiating with themselves group, so if we're going to have any luck tribunals might have to become the middle ground, somehow.

YouTube already plays ads during live streams.

The ad plays next to the live part while the thing you're watching plays on the other side with the audio off.

That drove me to use an ad blocker for the first time in years.

Get the electron microscope!

There is a pretty obvious effort to wage a right wing misinformation war.

We had a rosemary lemonade at the state fair a few years back. I managed to recreate it after a few tries, it's good!

I have used one these and there is always people pushing this kind of trash. It's too constant to not be organized and I seem to recall Bannon thinking this was a important place to propagandize people years ago.

The union buster latte?

Delicious! I'm a half-Swede and have enjoyed most of those over the years.

The American Swedish Institute has a kanbullar event every year. Fun fact, there's a Swedish consulant office at the mansion.

Cinnamon rolls (kanelbullar), cardamom rolls, wherever else they make at the two places I go in Minnesota. The pastries in Sweden were similar when I was there twice last year.
November 16, 2025 at 11:44 PM
That sounds pretty good!

I have accidentally accumulated a bit of a stash myself.

Swedish pastries are amazing, I openly admit a personal bias.

Just coffee is a great cooperative in the Madison area.

I've been drinking their stuff for nearly 10 years, it's excellent coffee.

It's a roaster, not a coffee shop (as far as I know).

Save from what? Entertainment?

I would be more interested in his advice if he ever ran in a statewide general election, or even in a congressional district.

He has no experience.
November 14, 2025 at 6:25 PM
Maybe he'll come back with good politics this time.

I showed your other post to my wife and we picked one up for her. She was very pleased!

In other countries leaders resign their leadership positions when their party loses elections. The Democratic leadership could learn something from that.
