Might the Liberal Party, as in the US with Dems, need to put a far stronger non-virtual presence on the ground in Alberta, Sask. and Manitoba? The US states along their border have suffered for years from an outsized influence of the oil/gas/chem and seed/big AG companies that “own” many officials.
