Next time, explain it first. "Trump cut taxes on corporations and billionaires so he has to find a way to fund the government by making us pay for it and not them." That's what the tariffs are for. WE pay. Not them.

Because it was never about the economy or trade policy. It's about tax policy. He's making us all pay for permanent tax cuts for billionaires and corporations.

Call this what it is. The Republicans have put Dems in a russian roulette no-win situation where you either have to pull the trigger and vote NO and hope the public doesn't blame you for the shutdown or do their bidding by pointing it at the people you swore to protect by voting YES.

If Canada became a state it would be like adding another California electorally and politically. Point that out and they quickly stfu. If they don't, that's a tell they intend to take away our right to vote and officially install a dictatorial regime.
