During early Covid, I would post every week on fb to see how everyone was handling the news of a pandemic. I’m starting to sense that mental health checkins are becoming important to help each other get through the next season of life. So how are you doing? Best coping mechanisms? Gimme all of it.

Oh hello. I don’t know what to say, except it’s likely I’ll share stories of what happened on the way to somewhere and things that I’ve thought about that aren’t appropriate to speak out loud. Words have power. It’s nice to finally have a place to put them with no algo. 😉 we’ll see what happens!
