When morning arrived, I knew I couldn’t keep living this way. But stopping felt impossible.

If you had told me that 5 years later, I’d be sitting here 4+ years sober and rarely ever thought about alcohol, I wouldn’t have believed you.

Rocking my baby to sleep with a buzz and passing out after.
