Merry Christmas!

In the glow of this season and the company of family, I’m reminded that Christmas is love entering the world in a humble way - calling us to love more deeply, give more freely, and care for our neighbors.

The “one size fits all” approach is failing our communities. We have to use every tool available to seriously address the housing crisis facing everyday families in this moment.

Faith teaches us to love all our neighbors, not just the ones we agree with.

Many officials use faith as a way to divide us, but they misrepresent everything that faith is about.

How long until we see troops on our streets and in our community? How long until our service men and women are asked to fire on American citizens?

Tallahassee has turned their back on the working people of Florida.

It’s more important than ever that we show up for our neighbors, listen to them, and work to help them.

Everyday I see firsthand, folks who are struggling with Florida’s affordability crisis. Yet Tallahassee has turned their back on them. It’s time for new leadership that actually puts Floridians first.

This isn't your grandmothers Democratic Party, and we won't sacrifice our community for Republicans idealogical power grab.

Tom Keen did what no one thought was possible, he made headlines when he flipped HD35 blue for the first time in 30+ years. He brought back millions for education and clean water. I can’t thank him enough for standing with us in our fight to flip House District 35 blue again.

This campaign is not about me, it’s about working people who are tired of politics as usual.

Thank you to all of the Floridians that joined us this morning to help us announce our campaign. Together, we will bring the fight for Central Florida to Tallahassee.

Commissioner Semrad is a fierce and vocal leader on critical issues like smart growth and local control. I’m very thankful to have her support and trust to champion those same issues in the Florida Legislature.

I’ve known Representative Anna V. Eskamani for a while, yet she continues to impress me with her intelligence, work ethic, and compassion. I’m extremely proud to have her in my corner as we work together to build a better Florida.

If we seriously believe in a Florida that doesn't price working families out of the state and sell them out to corporations, then we can’t afford to not get in this fight.

Head to Ericgrayforflorida.com to join us in the fight for the Florida we deserve.

Orlando Commissioner Shan Rose knows exactly what our community needs because she’s in the community every single day. From food banks to local forums, she’s always hearing from her constituents. That’s why it means so much to me to have her support for my campaign.

We have a leader in Congress that is unlike any other. Congressman Frost is meeting this moment with passion and integrity, serving as a voice for our community and a new generation of leaders. I am honored to have his endorsement during this journey.

Our state is in the midst of a crisis. As the cost of rent, utilities, and even groceries continues to rise, politicians in Tallahassee have turned their back on the working families of Florida.

Tallahassee is sending a clear message: They don't trust local communities to lead.

Well I do.

It's time we look for the actual waste, fraud, and abuse thats running rampant in Tallahassee.

This week I stood with @uaw.org as they strike for a fair contract.

What an amazing yet unfortunate experience. By the time Lockheed Martin comes to the bargaining table, they will have been striking for 20 days straight, all day, everyday.

These folks are tired, but they're not backing down.

Why do we have strict regulations for helping our citizens but not for spending tax payer money on proposals or advertisements?

When we rely on self-reported data, we're not putting our people first, we're catering to large corporations.

Orange County can do better.

Our residents are bearing the burden of a wonderfully large number of tourists, yet we cannot use TDT funds to offset those burdens.

We need reform that puts our community first, while we serve the millions of tourists who visit each year.

Our campaign is focused on housing, transit, and spending taxpayer money more efficiently.

Monday is our fundraising deadline for the quarter and we've seen great support but we need a strong showing.

Will you help us show strength with a donation?

Tourism is a powerful driver for Orange County, but when investing millions of taxpayer dollars, we must consider the real return on investment for our community.

We can't simply rely on the tourism industry’s word and assume they have our citizens' best interests at heart.
March 30, 2025 at 1:54 PM
The Tourism Development Tax has the ability to drastically uplift our community for both residents and visitors.

I recently joined @cfpublicmedia.bsky.social to talk about balancing these needs and why we should support Sen. Carlos Guillermo Smith's bill in the Florida Legislature.

Creating disarray in our government isn't innovative, it's just bad planning.

We need long term strategic solutions that lead to prosperity, not more chaos.

Attending Representative Anna Eskamani’s Mayoral campaign kickoff this week was so inspiring and left me excited for what’s to come in our amazing city.

Our community is ready for her bold leadership and to soon call her Madam Mayor!
