If it's "not about the money", then they can remove the part of the provision that allows for the lawsuits and just keep the part about requiring notification (which would still be awful).

II guess he didn't bring a gold trinket to the president. Rookie mistake. Still time to work out that pardon, tho.

The planet, the metal, or the Roman god?
November 21, 2025 at 12:41 PM
Well the article says Verizon wants to "invest significantly in our customer value proposition", so that must be good. Right?

Also, what does that mean?
November 20, 2025 at 9:46 PM
Raising prices by applying tariffs, then undoing your own actions, is not "caring about affordability", it's caring about losing elections.
November 18, 2025 at 12:21 PM
Did you actually listen to him?
Tou folks have got to do better than this.
November 18, 2025 at 1:43 AM
well if they did nothing then that tracks.
November 17, 2025 at 9:40 PM
Well, no, he didn't say that. He could well have been screaming at Bessent or Lutnick about some screw up again...but those aren't "trade talks".
November 17, 2025 at 8:38 PM
But aren't we the ones who should be getting most of that tariff money back?
November 17, 2025 at 8:33 PM
"Sensation" as in the dull throbbing headache you get when you consider three-and-a-half more years of this nonsense.

It will either get hung up in the Senate or Bondi will lock the files up.

He was going to suffer an embarrassing loss in the House. Better to make it look like he supports the vote.
November 17, 2025 at 9:51 AM
She says she supports Trump but will continue to push for the Epstein files to be released...this is the same position she has held for weeks.
November 16, 2025 at 7:48 PM
when did you guys acquire the NYT Pitchbot?
November 15, 2025 at 12:20 PM
yup, he was loomered.
November 14, 2025 at 10:25 PM
Is "nuts" actually one of the items or was it a pejorative?
November 14, 2025 at 10:21 PM
This *might* be an interesting strategy-she's right that affordability is an issue, but she's saying "oh Trump should just release the Epstein files and move on because OF COURSE he shouldn't be worried about what's in them." So her lip service is kind of supporting Trump while pushing file release.
November 14, 2025 at 3:19 PM
well, they can't blame Biden anymore, right?

November 12, 2025 at 5:34 PM
But it looks like the depreciation on Teslas is huge...that Edmunds report shows that a 3-year old Model S depreciates about 60% (~$115k new to $44k used...don't know if/how incentives are figured in, tho).
November 11, 2025 at 12:43 PM
Hey Cap, Wolf had senior status. His slot is not refilled. It was filled in 2013 when he achieved senior status.
November 9, 2025 at 6:43 PM
Wolf is retiring as a senior judge, it does not leave an open seat. His position will NOT be filled by Trump.
November 9, 2025 at 6:39 PM
no worries...I was trying to figure this out too.
November 9, 2025 at 4:05 PM
Wolf moved to senior status in 2013.
