Last beer share. The Eton Mess was very good and unique. Stout aged in Kentucky bourbon hot sauce barrels. Balanced.

Didn't get an after shot but I promise you they came out good. smoked low and slow 5 hours then char grilled. 2 on the left stone ground mustard rub hit with worcestershire 1 on the right sweet brown sugar and cinnamon rub hit with Stubb's sticky sweet BBQ sauce. #food #smokedmeat #BBQ #ribs #pork

I really like galaxy hops and this gem is jammed packed with them. They somehow got this DIPA to taste very smooth.
