Interesting. Precision Images moved out of that building because it was going to be razed for residential development. Right? Seems like a deflection center should be somewhere that can be a little more permanent.

Not sure the expansion would happen if Oregon is unsuccessful in landing one of technology centers from the feds, or if one of the other sites inside the UGB are selected.

My understanding is that the state is proposing 3-4 sites for this technology center, and this is the only one outside of the UGB. I think this is seen as a "if we need it we can get it" move.
