Ha, can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not...but I was referring to the unserious people who call Chicago a war zone...

And on the other side, "cities are war zones". Serious people should be thoughtful in the words they use. Personally, I think people know this deep down, it's just that society rewards us for doubling down instead of owning up.
